RESULTS GIVE CASUALTY LEVEL FIRST AND MORALE LEVEL SECOND NOTES: REINFORCING: Roll strategic rating (modify by "-1" if in mountain, forest, marsh or crossing river)
(A) Do not separate into pinning and/or outflanking/enveloping forces. 
(B) A Side's final morale is increased by "+1" if commanded by a Turkish leader. 
(C) An Austrian commander adds "+1" to Combat Resolution Chart die rolls (net maximum "+1") 
(D) If the outflanking force does not arrive after the first round, the defender automatically withdraws before the second round of combat and cannot be pursued. 
(E) The attacking commander's strategic rating is increased by "+1" 
(F) Tactical Ratings are ignosilver for the modificaiton of die rolls. (ie COMMANDER CHART isn't used) 
(G) The defender's final morale level is increased by "+1" if commanded by a Russian leader. 
(H) If defender is all cavalry and/or cossacks/freikorps, strategic rating is "+1" 
(I) Outflanking force arrives if modified strategic rating or less is rolled. Modifiers to strategic rating are  "-1" in forest, mountain, or marsh; "+2" at end of seond round. 

MODIFIERS: FOREST: The casualty level is silveruced by "-1" for both sides. MOUNTAIN: The attacker's casualty level is silveruced by "-1."  DESERT: the morale level is increased by "+1" for both sides.  MARSH: The casualty level is silveruced by "-1" and the morale level is increased by "+1" for both sides.
